Guest rooms - adult only/no pets - in the Bresse Bourguignonne region, just 20 minutes from the Route du Soleil (A6). We have the Gites de France label with 4 épis.
Nestled in the green landscape of the Bresse Bourguignonne, our charming 1830s master house - a place where peace, space and hospitality come together. Here you will experience the real French countryside between the hills of Burgundy and the Jura.
Our four spacious, light rooms are tastefully furnished and offer views of the park-like garden of almost 2 hectares. Our rooms cost €127.50 per night (minimum 2 nights). Only the La Poète room can be booked for one night (€135.00).
Old trees, quiet corners, a stream invite you to relax, read or simply enjoy the birds. On warm days, you can cool off in the (heated) saltwater pool with delicious sun loungers and parasols.
In the morning, we serve an extensive breakfast with local products - fresh bread, homemade jams and regional delicacies - so you can start the day relaxed. If possible, enjoy it outside on the terrace.
A (sports or cultural) holiday, or a few days of relaxation on your way to the South? We would be happy to contribute! We focus on personal attention and qualitative enjoyment.

Hospitality, good life, relaxing
Since 2016, we have been welcoming our guests with great pleasure, first in the Auvergne, and from 2026 onwards in our 1830s maître house in Chavannes-sur-Reyssouze. You can choose from four spacious, light rooms, and every evening we serve a table d'hôtes. Cooking and tasting delicious meals has been our passion for many years. In the year leading up to our move to France, Tarcies was trained in the kitchen of René Tichelaar (Restaurant De Gieser Wilderman in Noordeloos), a renowned chef and proud owner of a Michelin star for many years.
Our new location combines the charm of a historic house with a park-like garden of almost 2 hectares and a heated saltwater pool.
In addition to our chambres d’hotes, we are both active as consultants, coaches, and trainers. During the pre- and off-season, we sometimes reserve our home for people seeking reflection and deepening. For this purpose, we offer specific programs for both individuals and groups, often in collaboration with our professional network. We also work limitedly in the Netherlands during the quieter months, combining work with visits to our (grand)children, family, and friends.
