B&B rooms - adults only/no pets - in the Burgundy Bresse, just 20 minutes from the Route du Soleil (A6).
Nestled in the green curtain landscape of the Burgundy Bresse lies our charming 1830 master's house – a place where peace, space, and hospitality come together. Here you will experience true French countryside between the hills of Burgundy and Jura.
Our four spacious, light-filled rooms are thoughtfully decorated and offer views of the park-like garden spanning 1.5 hectares. Our rooms cost €127.50 per night (minimum two nights). Chambre La Poète can also be booked for one night at €135.00.
Old trees, quiet corners, a stream invite you to relax, read or simply enjoy the birds. On warm days you can cool off in the heated saltwater pool with comfortable loungers and umbrellas.
In the morning we serve a generous breakfast with local products – fresh bread, homemade jams, and treats from the region – so that you can start your day relaxed. Weather permitting on our terrace.
A (sporting or cultural) vacation, or a couple of days to unwind en route south? We are happy to contribute! We aim for personal attention and quality enjoyment.

Hospitality, good life, relaxing
Since 2016 we have welcomed our guests with great pleasure, first in Auvergne, and from 2026 in our 1830 manor house in Chavannes-sur-Reyssouze. You have a choice of four spacious, bright rooms and every evening we serve table d’hôtes. Cooking and tasting delicious meals has been our passion for years. In the year preceding our move to France, Tarcies did an internship one day per week in the kitchen of René Tichelaar (Restaurant De Gieser Wilderman in Noordeloos), a famous chef and long‑time proud owner of a Michelin star.
Our new location combines the charm of a historic house with a park‑like garden of 1.5 hectares and a heated saltwater pool.
Besides our chambres d’hotes, we are both active as consultants, coaches and trainers. In the off‑ and peak seasons we sometimes reserve our house for people looking for reflection and depth. For this we offer specific programmes for both individuals and groups, often in collaboration with our professional network. We also work limitedly in the Netherlands during the quieter months, combining work with visits to our (grand)children, family and friends.
We warmly invite you to enjoy our house, the atmospheric rooms, the table d’hôtes and the tranquil surroundings of the Bresse.
